My approach blends somatic awareness, improvisation, group facilitation, and experiential learning to create spaces where people can step out of purely cognitive patterns and into more responsive, grounded, and human ways of relating.

Rather than focusing on performance or forced team-building exercises, these workshops invite participants into practical experiences of listening, adaptability, trust, presence, and shared creativity. My work draws from over a decade of experience in dance, Contact Improvisation, somatic education, Shiatsu, facilitation, and higher education teaching. Workshops can be adapted for creative teams, wellness spaces, educational settings, retreats, leadership groups, and organizations seeking more meaningful and connected forms of engagement.

Tal Shibi is a facilitator, educator, and movement-based guide with over 15 years of experience leading transformational experiences rooted in embodiment, creativity, mindfulness, and human connection.

Drawing from contemporary movement, somatic practices, meditation, and group facilitation, his work helps teams move beyond surface-level interaction into greater trust, presence, communication, and collaboration.

Tal has taught in universities, retreat settings, community spaces, and leadership environments, creating experiences that are both grounded and deeply human.
