Jump in and mark it with some quality dancing, and setting a strong winter intention for yourself

The guided warmup will be followed by an open space Score -Jam, which is a way to practice CI with more focus, clarity, and intentionality.
This will be held as a ritual we start together and end together
so please come on time!

7:30 -guided warm up together
8:00-830-open dancing
8:30-9:50 -score jam (We will set a score and craft an internal focus (loose guideline to improvise with)
9:50-10:00- harvest -share insights!
*This Score Jam is for dancers who already have some basic experience with the CI form and with dance, and have been to CI jams, and/or taken previous CI classes or courses.
